All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders above 130€/150$ have free worldwide delivery.
Below are some common questions about our products
Our candle is made of hard wax. To allow the scent to perfume your space, we recommend to burn the candle 2 to 3 hours at a time. It will reduce the amount of wax left on the sides of the glass, and extend the life of your favorite candle. We recommend you to wait for the top layer of wax to be fully melted before you extinguish. 🔥
Before each use, always cut the wick for it to be no longer than 0,5 cm at all times - this will avoid black smoke and improve the scent diffusion.
Room Sprays are great for freshening up !2 to 4 sprays in a room and it has an immediate effect.Here are our favorite way to use it : When you want you home to be filled with a welcoming scent before your friends arrive... for them to be immediately immersed in the mood of this moment you're going to share,The 50ml size makes it a great ally for travel. Keep it you bag and make your hotel room feels like home, when on a business trip. And when on holidays, pick a new scent to spray during your trip so that could forever remember those sweet moments, when you'll come back home.
A candle has that mystical vibe and spreads slowly and gently a scent while the room spray is so fresh and strong but for a few minutes… Combining the two is great… Spraying at first to fill the space with the scent and having the candle holding it for hours…
