The Togetherness Wish
Over the past four years, Joshua Hong of Seventeen and Rami Mekdachi of Lola James Harper, have built a deep friendship around music, creativity, and the belief that sharing beauty connects people.
From this friendship were born a perfume, a candle, a room spray, a short film & a folk song — each inspired by their moments together and their mutual wish to celebrate togetherness.
In October 2025, during Paris Fashion Week, Joshua met Rami , Lili & Noé his daughter and son in Paris to record a new song called “So Many Roads” — written by the Mekdachi family and performed by Joshua with his uniquely warm and emotional voice.
A 17-minute short film, subtitled in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, and English.
In it, Joshua and Rami talk openly about their four-year creative journey — about time, music, and the small gestures that make collaboration meaningful.
For both artists, this film is a holiday gift to everyone who has followed their shared story.
THE SONG — “SO MANY ROADS”
Released on all music platforms, So Many Roads is a gentle song filled with light and gratitude.
Fans may remember it from July 9th, 2025, when Joshua first shared a short video of him and Rami rehearsing the song together — a spontaneous, intimate moment that moved millions.
Now, the finished version has come to life, recorded in Paris with Lili, Noé, and Rami Mekdachi, and performed with Joshua Hong.
THE FRAGRANCES
The collaboration also includes the Joshua × Lola James Harper perfume, candle, and room spray — two scents designed as olfactory portraits of Joshua’s poetic energy and his way of bringing calm and light to every space.
Each creation embodies the same idea of harmony that inspired the song: the art of slowing down, of feeling, and of sharing moments, encounters and philosophies that matter.
