pink neon behind a big bow window written Lac + Co. In 2017 we went
there to meet Tony Pham and were allured by his amazing energy. He invited
us to his new hometown Toronto coming from Vietnam. Tony is an artist and
entrepreneur that just does what he wants, when he wants, where he wants.
His salon is the best hair salon and he is the colour expert. There are always Lily flowers everywhere, big stairs in wood and a huge mirror on the second floor reflecting the garden outside.
